The Initial Pedagogical Training for Trainers course has been approved by the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training: Operating Authorisation Certificate No. C977008.

Pedagogical training for trainers aims to promote the acquisition, updating and improvement of skills that can be transferred to their practice.

Graduates. Final year students. Company executives. Future trainers.

Designing and drawing up training programmes and teaching materials. Plan training units based on the guidelines and procedures of the training plan - an organisation's management tool. Adequately formulate the pedagogical objectives that will guide the training activity. Design and apply a methodology that is appropriate to the objectives, target audience and training context. Utilising and appropriately designing didactic and multimedia resources in training, in media depending on the pedagogical strategy adopted.

The training candidate must hold a higher level qualification. In cases where the trainer candidate intends to carry out the training activity in technical components associated with training units or modules geared towards competences of a more operative nature, he/she must hold a non-higher level qualification, corresponding to at least the 12th year of schooling successfully completed, provided that he/she also has proven professional experience of at least five years.
