ObjectivosObjectivesMake known the evolution in computer graphics that led to the creation of virtual and augmented reality; Present the main concepts associated with virtual and augmented reality; Identify the main characteristics of different augmented and virtual reality interfaces; Identify the main techniques associated with virtual and augmented reality; Provide students with the knowledge of these techniques to enable them to pursue advanced studies in the area. At the end of the curricular unit students should be able to: Identify and characterize the components, structure and functions of a minimal augmented and / or augmented reality system; Understand the main algorithms used in the implementation of each component; Understand how the various components interact; Integrate between real world images and virtual object images.
