ObjectivosObjectivesThe aim of this course is to give students their first contact with the methods and techniques of scientific research applied to data collection processes in a health context. Students will develop skills in observing, researching, documenting and critically analysing the procedures and practices they experience. Learning objectives: O1. To familiarise students with research methods and techniques and their application to the contexts and scientific areas of the study cycle. O2. Develop active observation skills and detailed documentation of health data collection processes. O3. Prepare written reports following the methods and techniques of scientific writing. O4. Improve their ability to critically analyse health data collection practices and techniques.

MetodologiaMethodology1. The first phase of the course will cover content related to scientific research in order to prepare students for the written reports required during the internship. 2. The internship supervision methodology will be the responsibility of the supervisor, but, as a general rule, it will consist of meetings at a frequency appropriate to the work/student in question. 3. In addition, the supervisor may require the student to submit a series of interim reports as a further means of monitoring compliance with all the stages and tasks required during the internship. At the end, the student must write a final report on the work carried out.

Avaliação Curricular (contínua e presencial):
Esta modalidade de avaliação é constituída por:
AVAL 1. Participação ativa na realização das atividades propostas no estágio. AVAL 2. Redação do relatório final de estágio.
A classificação final é calculada através da fórmula Classificação Final = 0.4*A1+0.6*A2. O estudante é aprovado se obtiver classificação igual ou superior a 9.5 valores em 20.
Avaliação Final (A) (presencial) (em qualquer época de avaliação): O estudante apresenta o relatório final de estágio (A=100%) e é aprovado se obtiver uma classificação igual ou superior a 9.5 valores em 20.
