  The study of this U.C. is intended to provide students with teamwork and the way to set goals together, define leadership styles and conflict resolution, as well as manage time, making the most of dead time, in order to ensure the success of the organization.

  The objectives of this course are: - Organize and manage work teams.  - Communicate and lead work teams.  - Identify the success of teamwork by highlighting underlying advantages and dynamics.  - Recognize the specificities and essential aspects for success in teamwork.  - Apply time management techniques within the scope of professional activity.  - Apply the principles of organizing teamwork and develop a personal action plan.
