The synchronous sessions focus on presenting and demonstrating concepts, thereby promoting understanding of the course content. In-person classes utilize active learning methods, such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL), gamification, case studies, and practical exercises, aimed at the application, analysis, synthesis, and creation of marketing strategies. Tools such as SWOT Analysis, the Balanced Scorecard, PESTEL, the Empathy Map, the Marketing Funnel, and Design Thinking are used. Independent work includes research and supplementary activities. The instructor provides guidance and feedback during tutorial sessions, either in person or via Moodle, and the virtual tutor Philix.ai is also available.
