Simulated Professional Practice
-
ApresentaçãoPresentationThe simulated practice of professional activity is a pedagogical strategy that aims to bring students closer to the situations to be faced in the work routine. Realistic and controlled simulations provide a safe environment for mistakes to be made and corrected without real consequences, which stimulates practical learning and the development of essential skills for the profession. In the corporate world, simulations of practical activities help train professionals for specific situations, such as complex negotiations, customer service and reservation management, development of decision-making in emergency or unforeseen situations, such as canceled flights, overbooking or problems with luggage, the resolution of problems in the operational processes of airports, airlines and travel agencies, improvement of interpersonal communication, and adaptation to the work environment.

The teaching methodology aims to encourage participation and restore the student's initiative in the educational process of their own training. The structure of the classes consists of practical and laboratory classes. In the theoretical-practical classes, an interactive method will be used with the presentation of subjects by audiovisuals, with practical examples and problems for students to solve individually or in groups or with the help of the teacher.
