ObjectivosObjectivesThe Objectives of the curricular unit are: Conceptualize the process of recruitment as a system of communication and dissemination of job opportunities, while seeking to attract candidates to the selection process. Conceptualize the selection process as a sensible choice that articulates the organizational needs with those of candidate. At the end of the curricular unit students should be able to apply a set of techniques for recruitment and selection, framed in the development of organizational strategy. .

A avaliação definida para a unidade curricular compreende a realização de um trabalho de de grupo (60%), neste trabalho recorrer-se-á à gamificação e um teste escrito (40%).
A avaliação final será um exame escrito (100%).
