    The Objectives of the curricular unit are: Conceptualize the process of recruitment as a system of communication and dissemination of job opportunities, while seeking to attract candidates to the selection process. Conceptualize the selection process as a sensible choice that articulates the organizational needs with those of candidate.  At the end of the curricular unit students should be able to apply a set of techniques for recruitment and selection, framed in the development of organizational strategy. .

    In person: The learning methodology will be based on problems/projects (Project-Based Learning) integrating theoretical and practical concepts in the classroom context with the use of Gamification Software (Kaoot; Mentimeter). Independent: Students will have permanent access to content available on the institution's collaborative and learning platforms (Moodle) as support materials for the proposed methodologies. The course will be taught in Portuguese.
