    The course presents the concepts and techniques of quality management, providing students with knowledge about the latest theoretical and practical approaches and the relationship between quality and sustainability, enabling them to present quality management concepts and develop and implement a quality management system in an organizational context.

    Objectives: O1. To present the concepts and techniques associated with quality management; O2. To provide the student with knowledge of the latest theoretical approaches and their practical applications to quality in the current context of complexity and uncertainty. O3. To show that the study of quality and its relationship with sustainability is essential for the performance of organizations. Skills and Competences: C1. Present the concepts associated with quality management; C2. Develop and implement a quality management system.
