  O1. Apply management techniques and tools to direct and control the development of projects with a focus on quality and efficiency. O2. Implement monitoring and control processes to ensure the fulfilment of objectives and optimum project performance. O3. Manage risks associated with project execution. O4. Plan and carry out activities that promote the development and effective management of project teams. O5. Prepare clear reports and maintain effective and strategic communication with the project's various stakeholders. O6. Integrate methodologies and best practices defined in the PMBOK(r) Guide as a reference for the execution, monitoring and closure of projects.

• MetodologiaMethodology

  Face-to-face: M1. Theoretical/practical classes with presentation of concepts and discussion of programme contents. Use of interrogative methods to consolidate knowledge (using application exercises). Expositive and participative classes. M2. Laboratory/simulated practice. Based on the Problem-Based Learning methodology (ABRP) aimed at finding solutions to problems proposed by the lecturer. M3. Analysing case studies of real projects. Aimed at enabling moments of analysis, reflection, synthesis and evaluation.  Autonomous: M4. Consolidation of the content taught in class by researching additional information on the different topics covered and developing additional work.

  Avaliação Curricular (contínua):
  A avaliação curricular será concretizada com recursos aos seguintes elementos:- A1. Trabalho prático (individual). Consiste na aplicação prática dos conteúdos abordados na UC com relatório escrito e
  apresentação/discussão em aula.- A2. Teste final teórico/prático (individual). Escrito.
  A classificação final é calculada através da fórmula Classificação Final = A1*0,6+A2*0,4. O estudante é aprovado se a classificação final
  for igual ou superior a 9,5 valores em 20.
  A classificação mínima na avaliação curricular (contínua) a aplicar é a seguinte:- Trabalho prático (individual): 10 valores.- Teste final teórico-prático (individual): 8 valores
  Avaliação Final / Épocas de Recurso ou Especial:
  A avaliação final e em época de recurso ou especial orienta-se pelos mesmos objetivos da avaliação curricular prevendo-se uma das
  seguintes hipóteses.
  Hipótese 1:
  A1. Trabalho prático (individual). O estudante realizou o trabalho o qual obteve classificação positiva: mantém a classificação que será
  considerada nas épocas subsequentes (Avaliação Final, Recurso/Especial)
  A2. Teste final teórico/prático (individual). O estudante realiza este Teste escrito em qualquer das épocas em que se submeta a avaliação.
  A classificação final é calculada através da fórmula prevista na avaliação Curricular (contínua).
  Hipótese 2:
  A1. Trabalho prático (individual). O estudante não realizou o trabalho, ou obteve classificação negativa. Nestas circunstâncias esta
  componente da avaliação não poderá ser utilizada na Avaliação Final ou de Recurso/Especial.
  Aplica-se o previsto para qualquer das épocas em que o estudante se submeta a avaliação.
  Avaliação Final, Avaliação em Época de Recurso/Especial (A): O estudante realiza o exame teórico-prático escrito (A=100%) e é aprovado
  se obtiver uma classificação igual ou superior a 9,5 valores em 20.
