    Objectives: O1. To understand the importance of production management in the context of business management; O2. Understand the tools and techniques used in production and operations management; O3. Develop the ability to evaluate in order to promote the interaction of production management with other subsystems within the organization. Skills and Competences: C1. Analyze the operating systems, types, nature and physical arrangement of quality; C2. Apply demand forecasting and stock management methods for independent and dependent demand.

Guided research proposed by the teacher aimed at consolidating the topics under study and providing input for the practical work developed by students.
