    The aims of the course are to - Define and distinguish the concepts of a company and the elements that make it up. - Identify and characterise the company's internal functions. - Identify and differentiate between types of organisational structure. - Analyse organisational management theories, their operation and control. - Identify the principles of organisational communication. - Apply management theories and practices to the context of organisations. - Use computerised human resources management applications.
