  • ObjectivosObjectives
    The learning objectives of this course include providing an overview of the organization and its management, following the evolution of the main management theories, and analyzing concepts and theories within the context of management functions. It also aims to define mission, strategy, and organizational goals, characterize various forms of organizational structure, and explain management objectives and tools. Additionally, it addresses different functional areas of organizations and their interrelationships, understands the main trends in modern management, and contextualizes the organization in relation to its environment, based on different organizational paradigms. Finally, it aims to develop competencies such as understanding the general concept of organization and management, mastering levels, models, tools, and management plans, and understanding management control techniques, distinguishing forms of cooperation and globalization of foreign markets.

    To support the teaching-learning process, innovative methodologies will be used, such as the use of practical case studies and the development of a full paper. The resolution of practical case studies will allow students to apply theoretical concepts to real situations, promoting learning through practice. The development of the full paper will encourage in-depth research and the development of critical analysis and argumentation skills.

    O full paper pode ser individual ou em grupo, desde que, quando em grupo, os elementos do grupo sejam parte do mesmo grupo para os casos práticos.
