ObjectivosObjectivesThe learning objectives of this course include providing a clear understanding of the fundamental concepts of a company and management, distinguishing the elements that compose it and identifying its internal functions. Additionally, it aims to equip students to differentiate between various types of organizational structures and their specific characteristics. Another objective is to analyze and understand organizational management theories, their operationalization, and control mechanisms, developing the ability to apply these concepts in practice. It also aims to develop skills in organizational communication, understanding its principles, rules, and effects in a business context. Finally, it seeks to promote the practical application of acquired knowledge through the resolution of case studies and the development of a final research paper.

Among the methodologies to be used, the following stand out: · Problem-Based Learning; · Gamification; · Flipped Classroom; · Design Thinking; · Case Studies. Real-life case studies will also be used, allowing students to explore authentic business scenarios and develop problem-solving skills. Students will also be encouraged to write a final paper, which will challenge them to explore a relevant topic in depth, applying theoretical knowledge in practice and developing research and critical analysis skills.
