ObjectivosObjectivesThe objectives of the curricular unit are: O1. Identify the organizational and integrated trends in supply chains and logistics in a competitive market; O2. Present the tools and analysis and train approaches to organizational change based on new methods of operations management; O3. Provide students with the techniques and methods of producing project work and applied research. At the end of the curricular unit the student should be able to: C1. Perform a general diagnosis of transformation processes, the supply chain and logistics; C2. Analyze the operation of the processes of transformation and service provision of companies and organizations; C3. Introduce organizational changes using the supply chain and logistics that will support companies to gain competitive advantage in the market.

A avaliação curricular será individualizada a partir da observação da execução do trabalho em grupo e de questionamento dirigido, sendo concretizada através da realização escrita e apresentação oral de um trabalho de investigação em grupo (100%).
A avaliação final ou de recurso será concretizada através de exame escrito (100%), com tema fornecido pelo professor 7 dias antes da prova.
