  • ObjectivosObjectives
    The objectives of the discipline are: 1 - To make known the bases of the Theory of Law. 2 - Understand the fundamental aspects, such as the legal relationship, the interpretation and application of laws. 3 - Present the aspects of law specific to contractual relationships 4 - Understand the main legal matters, especially the fundamental aspects, such as the legal relationship and contract law. 4 - Provide knowledge within the scope of the formation and development of labor rules, with special emphasis on the scope and notion of labor law, its specific sources and evolution, as well as the contours of an employment contract, its elements, object, formation, vicissitudes, modalities, termination and practical effects and its related procedures.

    A Avaliação Curricular será concretizada através da realização de 1 teste escrito (60% de ponderação) e de um trabalho de grupo (40% de ponderação), sendo obrigatórios ambos os momentos avaliativos.

    A Avaliação Final consiste na realização de um exame escrito (100% de ponderação).
