  • ObjectivosObjectives
    Objectives: O1. To provide students with knowledge of labor and social security law, focusing on the collective labor relationship and the rights of beneficiaries of the social security system. O2. To provide knowledge of the structure and legal system of social security, contributory schemes, incentives for hiring, their obligations and future, taking into account the existing modalities and the challenges currently being faced. Skills and Competences: C1. Understand and analyze the need for labour law in its collective dimension and social security law in society; C2. Present the essential notions in labor matters and understand the legal framework of collective labor relations; C3. Knowing the basic diplomas for labor and social security law and how to use them to resolve specific issues; C4. Know the applications of using certain legal figures.
