    O1. To convey an integrated theoretical and practical view of the application of the main subjects of Human Resources management.  O2. To integrate the various activities and areas of human resources management, expressed in the practical component of case studies, creating a portfolio in the area. C1. At the end of the course, students should have decision-making and implementation skills in relation to different human resources management models, which provide an environment that approximates business and organizational reality.

  • MetodologiaMethodology
    In-person: M1. Theoretical/practical classes: presentation of concepts and discussion of program content. These exercises will be formative in nature and will deepen understanding of the proposed topics. M2. Practical application: through case studies aimed at consolidating/reviewing knowledge. Independent: M3. Guided research proposed by the teacher. The teacher provides feedback on the results of the proposed exercises (Tutorial Guidance – TG) in person in the classroom or through the Moodle teaching/learning support platform. In addition, students can interact with the virtual tutor Philix.ai integrated into the Moodle LMS platform.

  • AvaliaçãoEvaluation

    A avaliação formativa é realizada ao longo da lecionação dos diferentes conteúdos da unidade curricular. Este tipo de avaliação concretiza-se através de testes escritos, debates e análise de estudos de casos, individualmente e em grupo. A avaliação curricular consiste na realização de um estudo de caso (50%) e de um teste escrito (50%). 
    A avaliação final é realizada através de exame (100%).
