ApresentaçãoPresentationThe UC of Innovation and Internationalization of PMEs is of great importance for the development of strategic and operational skills in today's globalized world. It aims to provide an approach to the innovation and internationalization (I&I) processes necessary for the competitiveness and sustainable growth of PMEs. Scope: Field of Action: To equip students with theoretical knowledge and practical cases on (I&I). Area of Operation: Study of international markets and business innovation, including the development of new products and services, with a focus on strategies for entering foreign markets. Intervention Domains: Business Strategy International Marketing Management Legal and Institutional Issues In an increasingly globalized world, the ability to innovate and internationalize is necessary for the growth and survival of PMEs. At UC, we seek to provide the necessary skills to implement and position SMEs in the external market.

ObjectivosObjectivesThe objectives of the curricular unit are: Raise students' awareness of innovation topics. Characterize the most relevant aspects of innovation management. Evaluate and interpret innovation processes. Develop and formulate strategies to enhance the innovative performance of organizations. Participate in the preparation of applications for the protection of industrial and intellectual property of innovations developed in the organization. Provide knowledge about the functioning of international markets. Identify the different forms of entry into foreign markets. Identify, analyze, and understand cultural behavior models that influence each market in an international context. Discuss the policies for implementing internationalization.
