    O1. Acquire knowledge about the components of a computing system from a manager and user perspective. O2. Discuss the different types of software (system and application). O3. Present the fundamental principles of computer networks and the internet. O4. Provide fundamental knowledge for the correct use of IT productivity tools in the context of your personal and professional activities. O5. Present and use AI-based tools to support the design of digital content. Competences: C1. Select the most appropriate computer systems and applications for each situation and use them efficiently and productively. C2. Use cloud productivity and storage and computing platforms. C3. Use AI-based tools to design and produce digital content.

    1. Theoretical/practical classes with exposure of concepts and discussion of syllabus. Use of interrogative methods to consolidate knowledge (through application exercises). Face to face: 2. Laboratory practice: Solving exercises either in an intranet environment or using cloud computing resources. 3. Simulated practice. Use of AI-based platforms to design content. Autonomous: 4: Consolidation of the content taught in class through research for additional information on the different topics covered and development of additional work.
