ObjectivosObjectivesThe aim of this course is for students to acquire knowledge in the field of ground handling operational processes, as well as in the field of the ground handling business and market. Specifically, at the end of the course, students should be able to: - Understand and be able to relate the various ground handling operational processes that are deployed on the ground at the service of an aircraft (cabin cleaning services, catering, apron services, passenger service, maintenance, etc...); - Understand the ground handling business and market from the point of view of the different players, whether they are airports or airlines.
