ObjectivosObjectivesThe objectives of the curricular unit are: O1. To provide students with knowledge of the fundamental legal parameters that govern the world of work. Skills: C1. Develop critical and argumentative skills in relation to positive law; C2. Developing skills within the course, acquiring notions regarding jus work and understanding the legal framework of individual and collective relationships and its position on Social Security; C3. Understand the major institutions of labor law by developing skills that will enable it to act as a social actor of the system, acting on their problems and opportunities; C4. Knowing the use of certain applications legal forms; C5. Guide and advise the different actors of economic activity on the legislative framework and enforcement of labor provisions required in terms of SHST.
