Dynamic Anatomophisiology

Engineering Work Safety
  • ApresentaçãoPresentation
The Dynamic Anatomophysiology curricular unit covers a detailed analysis of the organic and vital systems of the human body, allowing students to understand how each of the systems interacts and influences each other. This curricular unit is particularly relevant within the Occupational Safety Engineering degree, as it provides the theoretical and practical tools necessary for students to understand the impact of work activities on the human body. The ability to interpret and analyze anatomophysiological phenomena is essential for implementing measures that minimize damage to health and prevent occupational diseases. The skills acquired in the course also aim to enable students to intervene effectively in risk situations and promote healthier and more productive work environments.
  • ProgramaProgramme
    1. Introductory Concepts - Definition of the concepts of anatomy and physiology. - Organization structure and functioning of the human body: 2. Anatomophysiology support systems and motion - Integumentary system - System osteo-articular - Muscular system 3. Anatomophysiology control systems and integration - The sense organs - The nervous system - Organization and functions of the endocrine system 4. • ObjectivosObjectives
The objectives of the curricular unit are: O1. Framing the man as a dynamic unity and as a bio-psychosocial entity. O2. Providing a range of knowledge-level Human Physiology related to the development of man as a global and interdependent world in all its organic and vital departments. O3. Identify physiological changes operated at organic, psychic and physical, at various stages of human development. O4. Identify the need to understand the different physiological development as responsible for providing physical and motor skills. O6. To characterize the importance of anatomy and physiology as a basis for knowledge of the adverse welfare of the worker and the relationships you have with work. O7. Empowering Learners of skills to interpret, analyze and intervene in anatomophysiologic phenomena inherent to human behavior in the employment context.

  • MetodologiaMethodology
The teaching methodologies are based on interrogative and active methods aimed at the discussion and resolution of theoretical and practical exercises in the classroom context, completed with the presentation of theoretical content. The teacher provides case studies and practical application exercises that require the resolution of problems commonly faced by qualified professionals in the field of study, as well as other materials through the content management platform (Moodle)
