  The objectives of the curricular unit are: O1. Provide students with basic knowledge of contract law; O2. Present the elements of the contract; O3. Present the specific aspects of the law of contractual relations; O4. Characterize the clauses of a contract; O5. Identify the general contractual terms; O6. Identify the elements of a contract. At the end of the curricular unit students should be able to: C1. Recognize relationships generate rights and obligations of the parties o bilateral or multilateral legal business - contracts - with its various types and subspecies. C2. Apply the correct normative law and in particular the contract law; C3. Compose a draft of a contract by applying the normative set.
