  O1. To present and develop the concepts, methodologies and tools for effective participation in the strategic management process. O2. Understand the different situations of strategic analysis, including analysing the environment, the industry and the stakeholders. O3. Utilise rational approaches to the identification and choice of alternatives including key competences and strategy based on scale and non-scale. O4. Analyse issues and practices related to the implementation of chosen strategies. O5. Analyse the external business environment, industry analysis and competitiveness. O6 Analyse business and company strategies. O7 Design global strategies and their respective strategy control and performance management.

• MetodologiaMethodology

  The teaching methodology combines synchronous online activities, in-person sessions, and independent study. The online sessions focus on the presentation and discussion of course content, using theoretical and practical classes, discussion forums, and wikis on the Moodle platform to promote understanding of the topics. In-person classes use the flipped classroom methodology, with videos and supporting materials made available in advance, followed by the analysis and resolution of case studies that reinforce the practical application of knowledge. Independent study includes researching additional information and completing supplementary assignments. The instructor monitors student progress through tutorial guidance and feedback, either in person or via the Moodle platform. Students can also use the Philix.ai virtual tutor as a supplementary learning support resource.

  Avaliação curricular (contínua):
  1. Teste intermédio (individual). Teste escrito.
  2. Exercícios práticos (grupo). Estudantes resolvem dois caos propostos pelo docente.
  3. Teste teórico/pratico final (individual). Teste escrito.
  A classificação final é calculada através da fórmula Classificação Final = A1*0,2+ A2*0,4+A3*0,4.
  A classificação mínima na avaliação curricular (continua) é a seguinte:- Teste intermédio (individual): 6 valores- Exercícios práticos (grupo): 10 valores.- Teste teórico/pratico final (individual): 8 valores
  A avaliação dos exercícios práticos em grupo, inclui a avaliação individual dos estudantes que terá uma ponderação de 40% na
  classificação do estudante nessa componente.
  Avaliação final ou em época de recurso/especial [A]:
  Hipótese 1:
  A2. Exercícios práticos (grupo). O estudante realizou os exercícios práticos nos quais obtiveram avaliação positiva e ainda avaliação
  positiva na avaliação da componente individual.
  A1. Teste teórico/prático (individual). O estudante realiza este Teste em qualquer das épocas em que se submeta a avaliação. A
  classificação final é calculada através da formula [A]=A2*0,4+A1*0,6.
  Hipótese 2:
  O estudante não realizou/participou os exercícios de aula ou realizando obteve classificação negativa e/ou obteve classificação negativa
  na componente de avaliação individual.
  Avaliação Final, Avaliação em Época de Recurso/Especial (A): O estudante realiza o exame escrito teórico-prático (A=100%) e é aprovado
  se obtiver uma classificação igual ou superior a 9,5 valores em 20.
