  • ObjectivosObjectives
    The objectives of the curricular unit are: O1. Equip students with knowledge about the various methods and techniques used in the areas of human resources; O2. Provide knowledge theoretical / conceptual on the themes of work and functions analysis; O3. Provide students with the knowledge needed to analyze the human resources indicators, in order to make an effective assessment of the social balance, as well as enhance the familiarity of organizational practices in functions analysis. At the end of the semester students should be able to: C1. Identify, in each situation, the evaluation criteria, i.e., the dimensions and indicators used to measure the attributes, skills, behaviors and outcomes, whether individual, group and / or organization; C2. Apply some technical functions analysis and operationalize a skills map; C3. Enclose some indicators that promote a good functions analysis.
