Team Management in Telecommunications Retail Networks From the topics to be explored, students will choose one of the themes developed by guest lecturers, subsequently defining a research and analysis work plan that will culminate in the preparation of a final scientific article. Regarding the design and preparation of the article, this consists The design and preparation phase of the article consists essentially of clarifying the scope of the chosen topic, involving a set of planning and research tasks, from clearly defining the area of intervention to reviewing the literature on the topics/issues identified. The work is monitored through tutoring sessions and moments of presentation and discussion in class.

ObjectivosObjectivesThe general objective of the CU is to promote an integrative perspective of innovative approaches to Human Resource Management, acting as a link between acquired knowledge and new emerging topics in the field. Specific Objectives O1. To promote reflection on the various structural issues within the scope of HR Management. O2. To deepen knowledge about change and organizational intervention in the promotion of quality and excellence in organizations. O3. To learn about the main strategies for organizational intervention that promote effective and efficient change. Competencies: C1. Promote research and exploration skills C2. Develop skills that enable the construction of an integrative and functional perspective of the concept of organization, with a view to intervention in this context C3. Develop a conceptual and practical frame of reference in relation to issues of intervention in different organizational contexts
