The Objectives of the curricular unit are: Conceptualize the process of recruitment as a system of communication and dissemination of job opportunities, while seeking to attract candidates to the selection process. Conceptualize the selection process as a sensible choice that articulates the organizational needs with those of candidate.  At the end of the curricular unit students should be able to apply a set of techniques for recruitment and selection, framed in the development of organizational strategy.

    . The classes are theoretical and practical, with exposure and systematic discussion of the contents of the course. Various teaching methodologies will be used: from the expositive methodology to the active methodology such as gamification. The continuous assessment defined for the curricular unit comprises the performance of a group work and a frequency. The final assessment will be a written exam (100%).
