    The course presents the concepts and techniques of quality management, providing students with knowledge about the latest theoretical and practical approaches and the relationship between quality and sustainability, enabling them to present quality management concepts and develop and implement a quality management system in an organizational context.

  • ObjectivosObjectives
    The objectives of the curricular unit are: O1. Present the concepts and techniques related to quality management; O2. Provide the student knowledge of the latest theoretical and practical applications on the quality in the current context of complexity and uncertainty; O3. Show that the study quality and its relationship to sustainability is critical to the performance of organizations. At the end of the curricular unit students should be able to: C1. Present the concepts associated with quality management; C2. Develop and implement a quality management system.
