ApresentaçãoPresentationThe course explores psychosocial variables in organizational interactions, analyzing how individuals and groups influence and are influenced by the organization, and developing skills to assess psychosocial factors and define appropriate psychosocial prevention and intervention strategies.

ObjectivosObjectivesO1.Understand the fundamental concepts of psychosocial variables in organizational interactions; O2.Know how the characteristics of participants (individual and / or group) influence and are influenced by the organization, O3.Know and create strategies for prevention of psychosocial risks; O4.Learn the methods and techniques for evaluating the importance of psychosocial factors and psychosocial intervention. At the end of curricular unit students should be able to: C1.Define the fundamental concepts of psychosocial variables in organizational interactions; C2.Using methods and techniques for evaluating factors relevant to enable them to determine the best strategies for psychosocial intervention.

AvaliaçãoEvaluation
Avaliação curricular é composta por um estudo de caso e um teste escrito, com ponderação de 50% em cada um. A classificação final corresponde à média aritmética dos dois momentos de avaliação e para aprovação à Unidade Curricular, a mesma terá que ser igual ou superior a 9,5 valores.
Os estudantes que não tenham aprovação na avaliação curricular tem possibilidade de realizar exame final (100%).
