At the end of the course, students will be able to apply project management methodologies in different contexts and to identify and take advantage of business opportunities in an innovative way

    Objectives O1 - Provide students with the opportunity to acquire theoretical knowledge about project management techniques. O2 - Present the phases of a project and the specific aspects related to each of them. O3 - Present the concept of entrepreneurship. O4 - Present the motivational factors that characterize the behavior of entrepreneurs. Skills S1 - Develop different phases of a project. S2 - Develop an entrepreneurial profile S3 - Present and develop the process that leads to the creation of a company.

    Teaching methodologies will be mostly active, but expository and interrogative methods will not be neglected for transmitting scientific concepts and content inherent to the UC. The following methodologies will be used this time. Debate, based on individual interpretation of pre-supplied documentation. Project Work, where students will be challenged to carry out critical individual work on (theme to be designated).Case Studies, which will be discussed in class and Group Work where theoretical content will be applied in a practical context.
