ObjectivosObjectivesO1. Present the fundamental concepts of project management. O2. Present the phases of a project and develop the specific aspects related to each one. O3. Discuss agile methodologies in project management. Competencies: C1. Apply project management concepts in a business context. C2. Apply the knowledge acquired in a simulation context, incorporating not only the knowledge acquired in this unit, but also the knowledge acquired in other curricular units. C3. Develop and manage a project incorporating the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in that management.

MetodologiaMethodologyIn-person: 1. Expository method: the defined program content is explored. In addition, the demonstrative method is used to present concrete examples of how the content can be applied. 2. Exploration of software solutions for project management. 3. Laboratory practice: based on the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) methodology, aiming to find solutions to problems identified by students or proposed by the teacher. Independent: 4. Guided research proposed by the teacher to consolidate the topics under study and provide input for the practical work developed by the students. The teacher provides feedback on the development of the problem addressed in the laboratory practice (Tutorial Guidance - TG), either in person in the classroom or through the Moodle teaching/learning support platform.

AvaliaçãoEvaluation
A avaliação contínua consiste na realização de um teste intermédio (ponderação de 40%) e de três trabalhos práticos (estudo de caso) com uma ponderação de 60%. Os estudantes que não obtiverem aprovação, ou não se tenham submetido, à avaliação contínua, serão sujeitos à avaliação final concretizada através de exame (100%).
