ObjectivosObjectivesThe learning objectives of the course are as follows: O1. To apply the knowledge acquired in research methodologies and other curricular units. O2. Construct an autonomous project, applying the scientific method to define the theme, problem and methodology to be followed in carrying out the work. O3. Carry out a scientific research project, publishing the results obtained through a project report. O4. Promote research, analysis and interpretation skills in terms of research methodology. O5. Develop skills that enable the construction of an integrative and functional individual perspective based on the research carried out, the conclusions of which enable the development of intervention models in organisational contexts. O6. Develop a conceptual and practical frame of reference in relation to intervention issues in different organisational contexts.

MetodologiaMethodologyThe methodologies of this curricular unit are geared towards promoting autonomous student work. Face-to-face sessions: M1. Guidance based on preparation and follow-up meetings held periodically. Autonomous: M2. Consolidation/development through researching additional information on the different themes and developing supplementary reading. Writing the project work report. The student periodically submits interim reports on Moodle which are analysed and given feedback (Tutorial Guidance - OT) by the teacher, either in face-to-face guidance sessions, or via the Moodle platform.

AvaliaçãoEvaluation
A avaliação é realizada através de Provas públicas perante um júri nomeado pelo Conselho Técnico-Científico nos termos definidos no regulamento Pedagógico dos cursos de 2.º ciclo em vigor nas instituições associadas.
O júri será composto por três a cinco membros podendo um destes ser o orientador. Nos casos em que exista mais do que um orientador apenas um pode integrar o júri.
Os membros do júri devem ser especialistas no domínio em que se insere o trabalho de projeto e são nomeados de entre nacionais ou estrangeiros titulares do grau de doutor ou especialistas de mérito reconhecido como tal pelo Conselho Técnico-Científico.
