    O1. Understand the main methods of organizational analysis and development, recognizing their applicability in different types of organizations. O2. Develop the ability to analyze work as a factor that conditions and generates individual and collective behaviors in the organizational context. O3. Mobilize a comprehensive conceptual framework on the complexity and functioning of companies/organizations and their internal and external contexts. O4. Identify, at different levels of analysis (individual, group, and organization), the factors that promote organizational effectiveness and worker productivity.

    Avaliação curricular é composta por um estudo de caso e um teste escrito, com ponderação de 50% em cada um. A classificação final corresponde à média aritmética dos dois momentos de avaliação e para aprovação à Unidade Curricular, a mesma terá que ser igual ou superior a 9,5 valores.
    Os estudantes que não tenham aprovação na avaliação curricular tem possibilidade de realizar exame final (100%).
