    The learning objectives of this course include providing a clear understanding of the fundamental concepts of a company and management, distinguishing the elements that compose it and identifying its internal functions. Additionally, it aims to equip students to differentiate between various types of organizational structures and their specific characteristics. Another objective is to analyze and understand organizational management theories, their operationalization, and control mechanisms, developing the ability to apply these concepts in practice. It also aims to develop skills in organizational communication, understanding its principles, rules, and effects in a business context. Finally, it seeks to promote the practical application of acquired knowledge through the resolution of case studies and the development of a final research paper.
