ObjectivosObjectivesO1. Provide students with the knowledge and understanding of the principles and objectives of management information systems O2. Describe the communication process and identify the types and functions of the image when advertising the message. O3. Incorporate information on human resource management strategies. O4. Recognize the information system of the company so as to equate the behavioral and organizational dimensions. O5. Provide the Web tools as a tool for communication and information. O6. Define the concept of negotiation as a process of development of organizational culture. O7. Identify the different styles of negotiating and developing attitudes towards them. O8. Portraying the various elements of context in the effectiveness of the outcome of negotiations. At the end of the course students should be able to analyze situations, diagnose problems, and make decisions based on real business examples.
