  Identify the origin, factors, and effects of air and noise pollution Recognize sources of air pollution, the pollutants involved, their characteristics, behaviour, and dispersion Apply preventive measures, techniques, and technologies for the management and control of air and noise pollution Identify the origin, types, and effects of water pollution Recognize the main sources of water pollution, the pollutants involved, their characteristics, and behaviour Identify and select water pollution indicators Apply preventive measures, techniques, and technologies for the management and control of water and soil pollution Identify the origin, types, and effects of soil pollution Recognize soil pollutants, their effects, dispersion, and persistence Evaluate the behaviour and effects of heavy metals and xenobiotic compounds Develop checklists and analyse monitoring records Analyse national and EU legislation and regulations on pollution and implement the corresponding legal procedures
