  • ObjectivosObjectives
    The learning objectives of the course are as follows: O1. Write a dissertation addressing a problem within the scientific area of the study cycle. O2. Apply research methods and techniques to solve relevant problems in the scientific area of the study cycle. O3. Demonstrate mastery of ethical and moral principles, which are fundamental to the exercise of scientific research activities. O4. Develop skills that allow for the construction of an integrative and functional individual perspective based on the research carried out, the conclusions of which allow the researcher to develop intervention models in organisational contexts in the area of project management, in order to promote the development of individuals and organisations where it is applied. O5. Develop a conceptual and practical frame of reference in relation to intervention issues in the different organisational contexts in which project management is applied.

  • MetodologiaMethodology
    The methodologies of this curricular unit are guided by the promotion of autonomous student work. Face-to-face sessions: M1. Guidance based on preparation and follow-up meetings held periodically. Autonomous work: M2. Consolidation/development through researching additional information on the different themes and developing supplementary reading. Writing the dissertation. The student periodically submits interim reports on Moodle, which are analysed and given feedback (Tutorial Guidance - OT) by the lecturer, both in the guidance sessions and via the Moodle platform.

    A avaliação é realizada através de Provas públicas perante um júri nomeado pelo Conselho Técnico-Científico nos termos definidos no regulamento Pedagógico dos cursos de 2.º ciclo em vigor nas instituições associadas.
    O júri será composto por três a cinco membros podendo um destes ser o orientador. Nos casos em que exista mais do que um orientador apenas um pode integrar o júri.
    Os membros do júri devem ser especialistas no domínio em que se insere a dissertação e são nomeados de entre nacionais ou estrangeiros titulares do grau de doutor ou especialistas de mérito reconhecido como tal pelo Conselho Técnico-Científico.
