• ObjectivosObjectives

  The objectives of the curricular unit are: O1. To present the fundamentals of commercial law; O2. Characterize the legal regimes applicable to different companies; O3. Interesting students in the subject of commercial law and its applicability future; O4. Develop skills of analysis and interpretation of applicable legislation. At the end of the course students should be able to: C1. Present the key aspects to consider to establish a business relationship; C2. Discuss the legal framework of a commercial company taking into account the (s) system (s) apply.
